• Account information — name and email address when you sign up.
• Profile information — optional details you add in Account Settings (company, job title, location).
• Diagram data — the projects and diagrams you create and save in the app.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Bleu Draw service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve and develop the product.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your diagram content for advertising or AI training.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Bleu Draw:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@bleudraw.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies solely to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
