Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Bleu Draw, you agree to these Terms of Service. Bleu Draw is operated by BleuSphere LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Plano, TX. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Bleu Draw is a web-based tool for creating AV system diagrams. We offer a Free tier and a Pro subscription tier. Features available on each tier are described on our Pricing page and may change over time with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.

4. Your Content

You own the diagrams and content you create in Bleu Draw. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your work and will not use it for any other purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@bleudraw.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bleu Draw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BleuSphere LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bleu Draw. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
